- Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Account information if you create a login (email, and, for Google sign-in, your Google profile email).
- Basic technical data such as device type and IP address for security and reliability.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, deliver, and follow up on cleaning services you request.
- To send booking confirmations, invoices, and service updates.
- To process payments and keep records of transactions.
- To respond to questions sent through the in-app assistant or email.
- To improve the app and prevent fraud or abuse.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers we use to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
- Google — optional sign-in.
- Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by Righttouch. Stripe's privacy notice applies to that processing.
Data Retention
We keep booking, invoice, and payment records as long as needed to provide service, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.
Your Choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your account data.
- Opt out of non-essential messages by replying "STOP" or contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Installable App
When you install Righttouch to your device's home screen, no additional personal information is collected beyond what is described above. The installed app uses the same privacy practices as the website.
