Terms of Service

Righttouch provides residential, commercial, vehicle, water damage, carpet, pressure washing, and window cleaning services in our service area. Service scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed at booking. We may refuse or reschedule any job at our discretion, including for safety, access, or unsafe conditions.

"Starting at" prices are minimums for standard jobs. Final pricing may vary based on size, condition, access, add-ons, and travel. Custom or quoted jobs are priced in writing before work begins. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, ACH bank transfer (via Stripe), and cash or check on-site. Past-due invoices may accrue reasonable late fees and collection costs.

You must give us safe and lawful access to the property being cleaned. You confirm you own the property or have permission from the owner to have work performed. Please secure pets, valuables, fragile items, and any items you do not want us to move or clean.

If you are not satisfied with a job, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue. Claims for damage caused by our team must be reported within 48 hours of service so we can investigate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed to us before work began.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Do not use the app to submit false bookings, harass our staff, attempt to break or probe the app, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your bookings, invoices, and service updates. You can opt out of non-essential messages by replying "STOP" or emailing us.

Except as required by law, services and the app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Righttouch's total liability for any claim arising out of a job or use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
